FRIDAY

For those of you who can, let’s start the weekend early and head out on Friday afternoon. We will spend the evening down by the boathouse and swim, barbeque, and enjoy the sauna and hot tub. We will arrange for a bus to pick us up from central Stockholm on Friday that will take us to the island. We have arranged for a BBQ dinner to greet us on Friday, accommodations in their cabins, and breakfast on Saturday morning for 700SEK/person.

Bus:
Departure Time: 16:45 (4:45pm)
Destination: Nässlingen - Gate number will be presented 5-10 minutes before departure.
Location: Cityterminalen - www.cityterminalen.se

Car:
Driving time: + 1 hour from Stockholm.
Destination: Åsättra Brygga, Ljusterö. There is plenty of parking spaces right by the dock.

BOAT DEPARTS: 18:15 (6:15PM).

SATURDAY

For those of you who wish to join us on Saturday, we’ll pick you up in central Stockholm at 13:00 and travel together to Åssätra brygga. From there we continue the 5-minute boat ride to Nässlingen Island for arrival around 14:30.

We will gather by the main house at 16:00 to start the celebrations with champagne! And then of course there will be dinner, drinks, and dancing (and skinny dipping?)

We have blocked cabins on the Island for this event at a special rate. Saturday - Sunday is 525 SEK/person for accommodation and Sunday brunch.

SUNDAY

We’ll have brunch together between 9am – 11am. And then sadly, the weekend will have to end. The boat will take us back to Stockholm at 12pm for arrival in central Stockholm approximately 13:30.

Just RSVP to us and let us know which days you are attending, and we will make the arrangements with Nässlingen. You can pay for your accommodation directly to them upon arrival.

This weekend is primarily for grown-ups but many of us have kids so we understand if you need to bring the small ones along. Especially if you are traveling to attend the wedding. Send us an e-mail or give us a call if you need help with childcare or have any questions.
